1. General Philosophy

This website (alxvw.dev) is built with privacy as a priority. I do not use tracking cookies, finger-printing, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.

2. Data I Collect (and Why)

• Fonts & Assets: All fonts and styling assets are hosted locally on my own server. No data is sent to Google Fonts or other third-party providers when you load this site.
• Email Correspondence: If you contact me at xvwcontact@protonmail.com, I will receive your email address and any information you provide in the body of the message. I use this exclusively to communicate with you. Your email address is stored securely within the ProtonMail ecosystem (which uses end-to-end encryption) and is never sold or shared.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

I use the following "Data Processors" to keep the site running:

• Cloudflare: My site is hosted/routed through Cloudflare. They may process your IP address for security purposes (to prevent DDoS attacks and bot abuse) as a "Strictly Necessary" part of delivering the website.
• ProtonMail: My email provider. They process your emails with high-level security and privacy standards under Swiss law.

4. Cookies

This site does not use cookies. You will not see a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to or "opt-out" of.

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Even though I collect minimal data, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of any emails you've sent me.
• Request that I delete our email thread.
• Object to the processing of your data.
